Did you find, or are you still finding, that coming to an understanding of colour can be rather difficult? Because we are not introduced to the subject at an early age, those of us who paint or use colour in other ways often struggle for years to come to an understanding. This need no longer be the case as we have now published two books on colour for children.

Evaluated by Schoolzone on behalf of the Department for Education and Skills, each is accompanied by an animated CD with sound effects and voice over. Your children, grandchildren, nephews or nieces could soon gain complete understanding. Instead of struggling in later life they will enjoy a confidence that few of us ever had.

What is Colour?
Join Poppy and Cuddles as they explore the world of colour. Find out about the "secret" colours that are in the light. Why some colours go "pop" and disappear while others bounce off to give the colours that all around us. An exiting journey of discovery. Also a fun game to play with friends and family. What better gift to a child than the gift of colour?

Colours Around Us
Cuddles gets a kite for his birthday. Whilst he and Poppy are flying it, the kite takes them on a journey through the countryside, over a mountain and to a big city. Amongst many other discoveries they find out why the sky is blue, why snow is white and why traffic lights change colour. What better gift to a child than the gift of colour?
