I am about to order some more from you, meanwhile I am out of Cerulean Blue. Can I make a "Cerulean Blue" from Phthalocyanine Blue and Phthalocyanine Green?

If you mixed Phalocyanine Blue and Green the result would be a range of bright, transparent blue-greens, quite unlike Cerulean Blue, which is a subdued, opaque green-blue. If instead, you were to mix your Phthalocyanine Blue with white the result would be a lot closer. In fact much of the "Cerulean Blue" on the market is not the genuine substance but the same mix that I have described.
