How about more videos for at-home use such as Light and Shade, using various brushes and palette knives, how and why to use glazes, the how's and why's of mediums - the technical side in other words. My teacher has tried to explain perspective to me, but it's hard to grasp, so a video there too! Hey, why not just come to my place and stay for a day or three!!!?

I can't wait to get more info and products to help me understand this HUGE world of painting. Please God, let me be good at this.

We will certainly try to your requests for more videos, but it might take some doing. If other members make similar suggestions we will bring the program forward. It sounds as if you thoroughly enjoy what you are doing and I am sure that your God will let you be good at it.

Is it possible to test light fastness at home?

Is it possible for me to test the light fastness and durability of new colours I wish to add to my palette. If possible could you describe a procedure by which I may do this?

Light fast testing at home can be a bit hit and miss. I believe there is a kit to do this available in the USA. I will try and find out more.
