I have been drawing, informally, all of my life, but painting only since 2001. I am very much drawn to the realist style. By far the greatest influence in all aspects of my art is Bob Way, also listed with the North Carolina teachers, he heads up the Wilcox instructor program and is the head teacher. I have a background of flying in the US Air Force, and sales and administration. My wife, Maria, and I run School of Color, USA for Michael Wilcox. Four week drawing course being planned. Stay tuned for location, dates and times. Also two Michael Wilcox color mixing courses are in the works: one at the Arts Incubator in Siler City, the other in Sanford. I will post dates and times when I have them.
